What people check before subscribing
Do you take commission on rent?
No. You pay the subscription and nothing else. Rent and deposits move directly between you and your tenant.
What if I go over my listing limit?
Nothing is deleted. New listings stay in draft until you either archive an old one or move up a plan, and we will tell you before you hit the ceiling.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in both directions. Changes are prorated to the day.
How do I pay?
Card or mobile money. Invoices are available on the Portfolio plan.
